I have over 20 years of experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with ADHD, Autism, and anxiety. I also provide support to parents of teens, helping them navigate the complexities of parenting during this crucial stage.
My journey began as a French immersion teacher, and through my practicum, I developed a passion for supporting teens as they navigate life’s challenges.
